Sales Advisor App is an iOS app that assists sales associates to recommend products to customers according to customers' purchase history, interests, and wishlist.
I worked with another designer on this project from end to end as a product designer. The screens I focused on were the two customer profile (assisting and private) and home screen.
Customer Profile - Assisting Mode
This the screen when the sales associates may be with customers shoulder to shoulder. This screen highlights the recommended products on the top followed by the customer's wishlist, purchase history, and recently viewed products.
I have explored a lot of different visual layouts for this screen. The reason why we landed on the final design was it was cleaner and easier for the user to have a quick look at the recommendations with some talking points with a good amount of information.

Navigation - Switching Customers
To quickly help a new customer switching from current customer profile, users can easily tap on the customer name on the screen title. Without an existing profile, the users can quickly create a new customer profile by assigning a color as a differentiation and fill up other information when the customer is ready to provide.
Customer Profile - Private Mode
Customer Profile - Private Mode contains a lot of sensitive information regarding customer's shopping behavior, store visit history, preferred brands, notes from other associates as well as customer's address, social media and contact methods. This profile is for the user when the customer is not with them shoulder to shoulder to give a good preview of the customer.
Other Part of the App
I contributed a lot of great concepts to the other part of the app. For example, the idea of providing dislike reasons to the recommended products was from me. With the dislike reasons, the system will be able to learn more about the customer's preference and recommend the product more accurately.
